Nice SizeOct 17, 2009 After having the stand in its box for months, it was finally put together by my niece. It took her exactly one hour. It looks nice in my bedroom replacing my old corner stand that took up more room but held more. It is almost too small for a 27" flat panel tv or the glass looks wilder overlapping the base. I'm please for now, hope nothing unforeseen happens.

Is a corner not usually 90 degrees?Jun 26, 2009 This "corner" stand is actually closer to 60 degrees. It leaves space on both sides when placed in a corner. Now what do I do with it?
great buy!Jun 11, 2009 For $118 (plus $7 shipping) this is an excellent deal. The stand came intact and all the parts were easily identifiable. Assembly was fairly simple- it took about a hour to finish putting together the stand. In hindsight, I would have had someone help me put this together since the parts are difficult to hold together when attatching them to the base
When assembled, the stand looks sleek/definitely not cheap looking. One complaint I have is the design of the stand makes it difficult to hook up your components/consoles/cable boxes if their connections are located in the back/closer to the middle of the respective units. I plan to use this stand to only hold my components so I ended up putting my receiver on top of the stand. I can't imagine the headaches someone would get if they had to try and hook up their speaker wires around the stand's back panel.
It may not be a big deal but it's worth noting that this unit's top shelf is fixed (~6inches in height) and that only the bottom 2 shelves are covered by the glass
The unit's been up for 5 days and no problems. I'm happy I made this purchase!

Perfect for anyone with a high bedMay 12, 2009 This item is perfect for anyone that has a high bed in their bedroom. It was easy to put together and looks beautiful. It holds my big 27 inch tube tv (very heavy) easily, and would also look good with a newer flat panel. It is a great buy!

Best for the money, and tall enough for the bed roomMar 04, 2009 We wanted a taller TV stand for our bed room, and it wasn't easy to find a tall TV stand that can hold large sets.
This one can hold 46" LCD TV with no trouble, and tall enough for bedroom viewing. In fact, I think one can put a 52" LCD set on this. Very sturdy, and it doesn't look cheap.
It took a while to assemble this set, but there was no missing piece, and the instruction was relatively clear.
