 I wasted my money!Feb 21, 2010
It was hard to put together. The instructions were not clear. There is a big gap between each drawer where the wood should be on the front. We tried all kinds of the ways to fix it and it would not fit correctly. The only good thing I can say about it was, I didn't have to pay shipping! I did learn a lesson: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON LINE THAT YOU HAVE TO PUT TOGETHER. I paid WAY too much for the product. It is a piece of Junk!

We purchased the entire Parker set for our April 2010 arrival. We are very pleased with this piece -- much larger than I expected and well constructed. It really looks like a much more expensive piece. The construction wasn't difficult, although there are a lot of pieces. You will want to drill in starter holes to help with the screws in the back - we couldn't get them in without doing that. This seems to be a great value and we anticipate using this for some time. I would recommend this set (minus the changer -- not as sturdy) to anyone looking for a classic nursery set.

I love the Davinci crib but the dresser drawers arent of great quality and have come loose already. The company wants me to send them pictures and a copy of the receipt just to get replacement casters.

I bought the matching Parker crib in pine as well, and the two look very nice together in the nursery. The dresser itself is not all made out of pine, the drawers are made of some really thin material (wood?). It took my husband 2 hours to put together, so not that bad.

I am expecting my first child and had read the reviews and did not want to buy this piece but my mother insisted that she buy it. the matching change table is much sturdier then the dresser but the dresser is a nice piece for a newborns room althought i dont think it will be able to handle an older child.
