The finish comes off after a little wear and tear - but then again, I think my husband is pretty hard on it.

Works great and the only issue is the cell phone area holds smaller phones. I have a PDA phone that is just shy of fitting. Still a great buy and keeps things organized.

I'm so glad I ordered this, I looked for months for something with enough spaces and individual drawers and dividers and yet wasn't monstrous. This valet is the perfect size for the nightstand or dresser and offers many individual cubbies for all of the items we use everyday that we need easy access to but that still have a place to be put away. I love it.
