Could be a wine rack but we use it for craft and sewing suppliesFeb 12, 2010 It sits on a shelf above the closet with rolls of contact paper, material, and other rolled up things that wife uses for her crafts and sewing projects. Is stable and looks fine. Guess it would work for wine too. Put it on the bar in the den or maybe in the wine celler.

Bad SurpriseMay 13, 2009 I'm not a big product reviewer, but I feel compelled to take the time in this case to warn you; this is a $10 wine rack AT BEST - $30 in some mountain winery gift shop maybe. This is a made-in-China (read: probably ran 50 cents to manufacture), flimsy, scissor-type wire rack that does hold a dozen bottles of wine, but in my home will be regulated to inside a cabinet where no one can see it. Seriously, try Wal-Mart if this thing looks good to you. I admit I was fooled a little by the Amazon product photo.

NOT AS EXPECTEDFeb 06, 2009 First of all, we couldn't get it open, it was stuck shut and we had to apply WD40 to loosen it up. Once open, when I put the bottle on it seemed like I had to balance them so they don't slide off; they are tilted forward a little. You can't put big bottles on it, only small. I kept it but I should have shopped around, maybe bought one in a store that I could see it better.
Exactly what I was looking forJan 28, 2009 These wine racks were exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size and required no assembly. When they arrived they were collapsed down for shipping and a bit difficult to uncollapse, but, if it was any easier they would not be as strong as they are. Some instruction on recommendations for uncollapsing would be a nice addition.
Good for the counter topJan 15, 2009 I bought this present for my brother-in-law for Christmas. He wanted a rack that held 10 or more bottles of wine. When it came, the box felt so light I almost thought they forgot to put the product in it. When he opened it, I was almost embarrased thinking that there was nothing in the box. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a nice size for a counter top or on top of a liquor cabinet. He seemed to like it thought and put it together right away. It's not exactly what I wanted to get him (the picture looks a bit different than the actual product) but overall, I was satisfied!
