Great value with this stand. As others have said, it's a breeze to put together. It holds my 46" Samsung LCD perfectly, and feels sturdy without question.

Okay because of some of the bad reviews I saw on Amazon I was a bit skeptical. I bought a really expensive entertainment center at a major retailer for well over $200 and when it was screwed to hard the whole thing became unstable. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS PIECE. I put this piece together in less than five minutes with my two year old and it is very sturdy. It is a very simple piece that does look like $100+ item. My only to gripes are that it needs to be wiped if fingers touch it constantly because of the finish and the back is open so using ties if you have a lot wires to keep things organize would be a good idea. This picture is a really BAD picture and doesn't do it justice. I don't have a flat screen yet so I was concerned my older heavier TV would break or bend the stand, not the case at all. Enjoy!

Exactly what I was looking for.Jan 23, 2010
This was exactly what I was looking for. Its very affordable and does not look cheap. Its perfect for my TV and PS3 and it takes less than 5 minutes to put together. If you have a lot of electronics and a very large TV (I would say 42inch and above)this is not for you but if you just need something nice for a TV and some video games this is perfect. I already plan on buying another one for my sisters room.

I originally purchased this stand to use with a 42" Plasma, a rather heavy television. However, before I got the stand I exchanged televisions. I replaced the 42" with a 32" LCD. The stand is sturdy and holds all of my other electronics and would have been perfect for the 42", but now it seems a bit large for the 32". Great price, great product!

I've been using this stand for about a year now and bought from Target. Works great and originally bought to use with my 32" Samsung LCD. I have since purchased a 52" Samsung, and although the specs probably don't support it, it's doing just fine and bears the load well.
Another user noted that one of the pieces broke upon install. The same happened to me, except I didn't disassemble and replace the broken part. It probably depends on where you snap it, but just don't twist too hard or they could break.
Even with the breakage I still give the product 5 stars as it holds up well, and even with one bar not fastened completely (although still bears the load) it's very sturdy.
For the price, a worthwhile purchase, and very sturdy stand.
