The arms slope down and are highlighted by an artful curled end. It measures 28 inches from arm to arm, 29 inches deep, and the seat back rises to 32 inches high from the ground. These chairs have a weight capacity of 250 pounds. It comes with thick, comfortably filled seat and back cushions--each with a center button accent--which are secured to the chair via fabric ties. They feature a durable, heavy polyester canvas cover in a natural tone, and they offer a zippered closure that enables you to remove the polyurethane fill to wash the covers separately. Spot cleaning with mild soap is recommended for best results. No assembly required. Please note that upholstered items purchased on different occasions over time may have a slight variation in hue. There is the potential for variation in the hue of any fabric, depending upon the light source in which it is viewed. For outdoor fabrics, sunlight is the source textile manufacturers use to verify hue accuracy. Great product, well made for the money. Some places say they are deep seating and they aren't - these for sure are! I also have the loveseat to match. I think they are beautiful on my deck. Very classy looking. If I had any complaints it would be the color of the seating. They say that they are white or cream. But I think they are more of a vanilla or very subtle butter color. They aren't the color photographed. Great buy though!!

Defective finish on Strathwood Falkner lounge chairsSep 20, 2009
A couple of years ago, I bought two of the lounge chairs with cushions and a table from Amazon. The chairs are comfortable. I keep the cushions inside so they have not deteriorated. But the finish on the arms of the chairs which I kept outside has peeled. The chairs still work, but I suspect that my arms would be scratched, if I rested them on the peeled surfaces. I would not recommend buying these chairs.

Great sofa - but the not quite thought all the way through...Sep 15, 2009
The furniture itself looks great and is durable however, the only reason I dared to buy bought white (actually off-white) cushions was that they claim to be machine washable. I've never been able to test this out though because the buttons sewn on each cushion don't allow for the cushion cover to be removed with out unsewing the buttons themselves! So yes, they are probably machine washable but only if you want to cut the buttons off and re-sew them together when you are finished! Not Practical!

The chairs were great. They arrived in perfect condition and before the expected date. The only problem may be a concern was that they were a bit deep so they needed a pillow to be comfortable, other than that, I love them. They look like they are much more expensive.

These chairs and two-seaters look nice, but the fabric is not waterproof and gets dirty very easily. As outdoor chairs/seaters, they do not work well. After two days outside, they were dirty and now all cushions will have to be replaced.
