 Classy neutral duvet setOct 21, 2008
This is a very classy looking duvet set in a great neutral tone. The color is true to the picture. The set feels soft and doesn't wrinkle too much (I am not the type to iron sheets!) and the duvet cover buttons up nicely at the bottom without being too conspicuous. My only problem with the set is that the two square pillows that come in the set aren't as nice looking as the rest of the set. Almost seems like they don't belong.
I believe the neckroll is now being included in the set, but check the description to make sure.

I really like this bedding set. However, I was very upset when I washed the items per instructions and found them to be horribly wrinkled. The only way I could get the wrinkles out was to spray water on the item before steam ironing. It took me 2 hours to iron the duvet cover. Of course, it re-wrinkles easily with use. Will try starch next time. Seller would not let me return item because it had already been washed. I think the bedding set is beautiful when it isn't wrinkled.

this product is of lousy, cheap quality. It feels cheap and stitching on duvet cover is already coming loose after it being on the bed for one week. looks decent from far away...but you should be far away. Would have returned product if kids had not thrown away packaging and slip. Another $144 including shipping down the drain. Would not buy again. THis is the first time that I have been real disappointed by an on-line purchase. Cannot believe that this product would sell for $500 regularly...

I am typically very hesitant to purchase items online b/c they always seem to be of lesser quality or different color as pictured. But I was VERY pleased with the quality of this set! And especially for this great price -- i definitely recommend it to anyone. My mom is ordering one for herself!

I wanted a duvet set that had the semblance of Restoration Hardware (RH)'s design without its price. This set is a good color and great design for the espresso furniture that I just bought and the thread count at 330 is higher than that of RH's (a plus!). However, the pillowcase doesn't fit my queen-size pillows (much too small) and the bed skirt is too short (doesn't reach the floor). For the price, it's a good deal if you can handle certain shortcomings.
P.S. If you want customer service, be sure to CALL instead of sending an email. I sent an email to change the color but never received a response. It turns out they did receive the email and processed my change request, but I wanted to retract my change. It was a bit confusing. Had to spend extra shipping to return and receive the right color.
