Terms:
We will gladly order an item we have the ability to order. Orders placed will take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival ABQ Furniture will notify you and make arrangements for you to pick up your items. If the items are not picked up and/or paid in full within 5 business days we reserve the right to sell the items.
Pricing:
Any special order requires 70% deposit. This deposit is subject to a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price if you cancel the order after it has been placed. If your item(s) are discontinued, back ordered, or otherwise out of stock you are entitled to a haggle free 100% refund.
Discounts:
Discounts are given off the total price and not per item. Orders between $250 and $499 are eligible for a $25 pre-order discount. Orders between $500 and $1999 are eligible for a $50 pre-order discount. All orders over $2000 are eligible for a $75 discount.
Delivery:
We offer an optional curb side delivery (does not include set up) to Albuquerque and Rio Rancho depending on the distance.
5 Miles and under- $50
6-10 Miles- $65
11-20 Miles- $75
21 Miles and over is $2 per mile extra
All merchandise and delivery fees must be paid for in full prior to delivery. If we are unable to deliver the furniture due to nobody capable of receiving the merchandise being home during the delivery time scheduled, other arrangements can be made for pick up or another delivery scheduled subject to another delivery fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable after the delivery has been attempted due to no fault of ABQ Furniture. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the merchandise.
